- Presenters affiliated with a domestic organization are required to present onsite. Presenters affiliated with a foreign organization can choose to present either online or onsite.
- Onsite participants in ETME2025 can attend all the Technical Sessions in KSME Annual Meeting 2025.
- Regular participants who are not presenters can pre-register by October 10, 2025.

- Credit Card : Credit card payment is available through the online payment system.
Off-line credit card payment can be proceeded only when the attempt to online payment fails. Please fill out the payment form and send it to us via email at info@etme2025.or.kr. A handwritten signature is necessary at the bottom of the form.

Cancellation and Refund Policy– If you have already registered for ETME2025 and find that you are unable to attend the conference, please contact the Secretariat at info@etme2025.or.kr to ask for a refund and cancel your registration.
– Presenters are not allowed to cancel their registration after September 3, 2025.
– Participants who do not make a presentation are not allowed to cancel their registration after October 10, 2025.
– The administration fee (bank charges for remittance, cancellation fee of credit card payment) will be charged for the refund.
